Talk Topics
How AI agents are changing migration math: what AWS Transform automates today, where humans still decide, and a live look at 60K lines of COBOL mapped into business functions overnight.
Most AI pilots never ship. The blockers are rarely the model: data access, evaluation, cost, security and ownership. A practical path from demo to a production system leadership will fund.
Spec-driven development, agent workflows and honest productivity numbers from the team that helped launch Amazon CodeWhisperer and Amazon Q Developer.
The most expensive decision is no decision. An assessment-first approach, how AWS funding programs offset the cost, and the patterns that keep large migrations on schedule.
Cloud and AI programs stall on people, not technology. Why workforce readiness is the missing line item in the business case, and how to plan for it.
Formats: Keynote · Breakout session · Panel · Hands-on workshop · Fireside chat · Podcast or webinar · Virtual or in person
